La Casuccia farm holidays is waiting for you in a typical farmhouse among the Upper Valdarno vineyards, one of the most beatiful areas of Tuscany.

"La Casuccia" estate is looking down the Arno's Valley, between Florence and Arezzo, on the wonderful hills of Castelfranco di Sopra, on the Pratomagno's slopes about 380 mts above sea level.

Nowadays, it produces and sells typical agricultural products, such as the "super extravirgin olive-oil". The present olive-trees stock is of 2,200 plants (50% of "moraiolo" and "frantoio" varieties, and the other 50% of "cultivar da frantoio", "leccino" and the other ones). The agronomical techniques adopted by its manager are always keen to be observant with the registration's rules in the Tuscan biological roll.

We carry out olives' harvesting according to our arcaic rules:

the olives are pressed within 48-72 hours of being harvested in a traditional press called "Fiscoli". So that, we obtain a good extra virgin olive-oil with very low acidity, full of chlorophyl, polyphenols and tocophenols. We preserve our extra virgin olive-oil in inside-inox containers, placed in special rooms with checked temperature.

The whole production of the "Casuccia" farm is certified by particular bodies and legally recognized by the Tuscan PGI (Protecded Geographical Indication) ensuring the quality of the extra virgin olive-oil coming from the "Arezzo's hills". That valuable olive-oil, made with Love, gives the opportunity to the consumer to use it for every kind of nourishment and diet.
